How long does delivery take?

Door-to-door across South Africa. Typical timelines vary by location, check your order summary. Parcels are routed to arrive at your door as a neat, teal-wrapped promise. If you need specifics, contact support with your order number.

How do I return an item?

Returns accepted within 7 days for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  1. Contact support via phone, email or the contact form.
  2. Pack the item safely with proof of purchase.
  3. Ship with tracking to the address provided by support.
  4. Inspect we inspect and process a refund within 3 to 5 business days.

What warranty covers electronics?

Most electronics and appliances include 6 to 12 month manufacturer warranties, depending on the item. To claim, contact support with your order number and photos of the fault. We will advise on authorized service steps and required documentation.

How long to get a refund?

Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds go back to the original payment method once inspection is complete.

Which payment methods are accepted?
